Tungsten Copper Heat Spreader Properties
Tungsten copper is a pseudo-alloy of tungsten and copper. Since tungsten and copper are not mutually soluble, the material is composed of distinct particles of one metal dispersed in a matrix of the other one, insulting in tungsten copper bar, tungsten copper blank, tungsten copper tube and tungsten copper heat spreader, which owns the low thermal expansivity for tungsten, high heat conductivity for copper. Meanwhile, different content for tungsten and copper may result in the different properties for thermal expansivity and heat conductivity.
